Eureka is situated on the coast of Humboldt County, California, 280 miles north of San Francisco and 412 miles south of the Portland Oregon. It's in the heart of of northern California's magnificent coastal redwoods. You'll ramble among the towering ancient redwood groves, where hiking, camping and fishing are world-class and wildlife is abundant.

Enjoy spectacular scenery, as you hike, bike, boat and beach comb. Humboldt County is scattered with charming small towns where lovingly preserved Victorian architecture blends the rich history with the present day.

The pounding of the surf and the stillness of the forest are both close at hand. The USDA has named Humboldt County as "America's Most Scenic Rural County." National Geographic Traveler magazine called it "one of the world's top ten greatest places."

DIRECTIONS

Heading North:
Go thru every traffic signal in Eureka. 150 yeard after the last traffic signal (V Street) turn right just past the sign for N. 6th Street (look for the blue camper sign). Shoreline RV Park is between Harley DAvidson and the Bay.

Heading South:
As you enter Eureka take a left at the first traffic signal (V Street), left again on 5th Street heading back north on Hwy 101 turn right just past the sign for N. 6th Street (look for the blue camper sign). Shoreline RV Park is between Harley Davidson and the Bay.
